Due to valentines day tomorrow the restaurant was busy as if it was that special day. We placed our order with the young man. He was very tentative to our meal order and placing it. We ordered a bottle of wine and we didn't wait long to be served our meal. Even though it was very busy the staff were on the go at all times. The food was pretty nice about a 7 out if ten. We were there for around 1 and half hours. Having our meal. The food came out fairly well for a Thursday night. The service was very good We also ordered a meal to go as well. Over all a nice night.

The Happy Inn has been a quality dining venue in Penrith for more than three decades! We visited again last week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves - Again! The atmosphere is truly always happy and the staff are very friendly and attentive! The food was, as usual, very high quality and tasty. We ordered entrees and mains for six people - the restaurant generously provides fruit (orange wedges and watermelon) and fortune cookies at the end of the meals. Each couple brought their own bottle of wine. My favourite dish is the whole fish in soy, ginger and shallots :) Thank you to the staff for another wonderful night!

Best in the West. End of story always fresh and delishious. Amazing Staff great service and the food has always been sensational. Great value. Very nice place to wine n dine and eat great food

We went for quick late night dinner and tried the Fujian Fried rice and Mongolian Lamb. It was delicious. All staff were friendly and service was fast. Probably one of the best Chinese places around Penrith.
